Inspired To Work (ITW) is a highly successful employment project, increasing the opportunities for 16-25 year olds to get into many different types of work. 

We are here to help you to find your true potential and achieve your career goals and dreams!!

Looking for work/ Upskilling on practical skills

GRFW will support you with:
A dedicated caseworker and 1:1 mentoring sessions
Creating stand-out CVs and cover letters, interview techniques, top quality job applications
Funding for training courses to give you a head start, (CSCS, SIA, creative courses, teacher training and many more)
Workplace support for the first 6 months of employment
