RESOURCE
For leisure and entertainment and basic level learning IT
For:
- non IT literate to become IT capable
- music production
- video/CD clip
- design
- community website development groups
i.e. different community groups working on an IT based theme or
project. The IT provides the glue to put together a group (e.g.
elderly people researching the war graves site)

TEACHING IT SKILLS
IN A STRUCTURED WAY
Specially designed programmes leading to recognised bench marked
achievements, and saleable skills for employment
E.g. Proficiency in:
- MS Office
- databases
- spreadsheet
- web design and maintenance
For:
- young people
- unemployed people
Also - (and overlapping with strand 2) - Design and Arts/music
creative courses, e.g. necessary for work in creative agencies. |
